Day 1 and Day 2
Monday was a rest day.
Tuesday is a 3 mile run and 300 yard swim. I've done the run and will swim at 1-ish. So far, everything is peachy. =) Update: walked 3 miles round trip to swim and, well, swam. =)
Water - 1.5 litre so far
Food - yogurt and cereal, Skittles and carrots, and pickles, noodle soup and cereal
