Day 20 and Day 21
I was out of town, so I'll be doing the bike ride on Monday and then just picking up with the next week of exercise.
Water: 2l
Food: nectarine, toast, candy, garlic bread, cheeseburger, baked chips, whole wheat pasta
10 weeks to an Olympic distance triathlon. Am I insane? Quite possibly, but it'll be fun.
