Day 3
Today is an 8 mile bike and I think I'll throw in weights, too. I feel pretty good physically and no headache. Yay. =) However, the water is off until 2pm today so I'll be biking after that. Update: biked 13.65km in under 38min. Not racing speed, but not bad. =) Walked for 45min this evening, so that's a good thing. =)
Water: 1l, so far
Food: cereal and watermelon, more cereal and cherries, chicken, 1c whole wheat pasta, cucumbers and carrots, fudgesicle
