Day 28
Nice day. =) I have a cold or something but that doesn't mean I couldn't bike the 10 miles! Which, I did. =) I amuse myself, honestly.
Water: 2l
Food: garlic bread, chicken fingers, onion rings, steak, salad, a few chips, fudgesicle
10 weeks to an Olympic distance triathlon. Am I insane? Quite possibly, but it'll be fun.
