Day 8
Rest day. With the weather, I'm glad I'm not biking today. =) I'm hoping that swimming will go well tomorrow after my run-in with Lance last night. Oy.

Food: cereal, cheese, cherries, chicken, fries, skittles, pizza
10 weeks to an Olympic distance triathlon. Am I insane? Quite possibly, but it'll be fun.
