Day 32
Ahhhhh. The lower humidity was so nice! 4 mile run this morning. I'll swim 500 yards later. =) Update: finished swimming and it was a good thing. =)
Water: 2l
Food: yogurt and cereal, watermelon, chicken, raisins, whole wheat pasta, chicken
10 weeks to an Olympic distance triathlon. Am I insane? Quite possibly, but it'll be fun.
